Daniel Wren was born and raised in the Little Rock area and is a 1980 graduate from Catholic High School in Little Rock. After graduating high school he worked his way through college at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, first working as a dishwasher and then as a Cardiac Monitor Technician at one of the local hospitals. Mr. Wren graduated from UALR in 1985 with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree.

After working for the Department of Human Services for 2 years, Mr. Wren began law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School in 1987. He graduated with a Juris Doctor and was admitted to the Bar in 1990. After passing the bar, Mr. Wren established his own law firm where he worked for one year until he was asked to join the litigation department of one of the state’s largest personal injury law firms. Mr. Wren quickly rose to the head of the litigation department at this law firm. During this period of time the litigation department revenue doubled on its annual basis. Mr. Wren also had occasions to work on Workers’ Compensation and Social Security claims.

On January 1, 1997, Mr. Wren left that firm to establish the Wren Law Firm. The Wren Law Firm was established upon the premise that he would focus the practice to representing those personal injury victims suffering from accidents, injuries and illnesses. As such, he has focused his practice to Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability.

Keith Wren has been a trial lawyer since 1994. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. He attended law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and graduated in 1994. While in law school, he was an Associate Editor of the UALR Law Journal.

Mr. Wren is licensed to practice in all Arkansas State and Federal Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and in the United States Supreme Court. His primary areas of practice are Employment Law, Workers’ Compensation, Civil Rights and Personal Injury.

For over twenty-five years Mr. Wren has represented Businesses and Municipalities across the State of Arkansas in Employment and Civil Rights Litigation. These matters have included responding to charges of discrimination at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, litigation in State and Federal Court, and appeals to the Arkansas Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Mr. Wren has years of experience handling all types of claims of employment discrimination, including those based upon Age, Sex, Race, Disability and Genetic Information, and claims of violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Mr. Wren also has extensive experience in Workers’ Compensation matters. He has twice served as Chairperson of the Arkansas Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section, in which he is still active. He also authored a section of the most recent version of the Arkansas’ Workers’ Compensation Law Desk Book.
